Widget

Put the Quoting24 chat on the warehouse website. The customer writes in the browser and the request arrives as a ticket, next to WhatsApp, email and Telegram, with the same team and the same quote.

  • Site chat with name, color and position
  • Welcome message and an out-of-hours notice
  • Allowed domains and embed code
  • The conversation becomes an assignable ticket
  • A returning visitor on the same browser finds the chat again

Try it: write from the site and reply from the ticket. It is a simulation; nothing is sent.

What the customer sees

The warehouse chat appears on the site: you choose the name, color and position. The visitor reads the welcome, writes a plate, a part or a question, and stays in the browser.

Operators’ internal notes do not land in the site chat. The customer only sees the conversation meant for them.

  • Configurable welcome and greeting
  • Position on the right or left of the page
  • The same request, without another tool for the customer

Open the chat, read the welcome and send a parts request.

Name, color, domains and code

The widget is a channel, like WhatsApp or mail. In the channel settings you set the name the visitor sees, the color, the position, the domains where the chat may open, and the code to paste into the site.

You can have more than one: each widget is its own channel, with its own settings. The code in this demo is only an example.

  • Allowed domains, so the chat does not run on random sites
  • Embed code for the channel
  • More than one widget, if you need more sites or entry points

Change the name and color, add a domain and copy the sample code.

Out of hours, the visitor knows what to expect

When the warehouse is closed, the visitor reads the out-of-hours message you set, before expecting an immediate reply.

When a request does arrive, it is still a Quoting24 ticket: you take it with the same status, assignment and quote as the other channels.

Close the hours: the notice you wrote appears in the chat.
