ERP

You worked the request on the ticket: vehicle, parts, codes. Now you need the quote in your ERP — and then the PDF to the customer on WhatsApp. Quoting24 talks to any management system (known or custom-built): it fills the draft in your system and, when it is ready, brings the document back into chat.

  • Draft quote filled in your ERP from the ticket
  • Customer matching: customer/company code, VAT, phone
  • Plate, VIN, OE codes and descriptions ready for the ERP
  • PDF back in chat: open, preview, download, send
  • Auto-send on WhatsApp API and acceptance button

Try it: send the draft to the ERP, get the PDF back and ship it on WhatsApp.

The loop: from chat to the official quote

In a parts warehouse the quote “counts” when it lives in the ERP: correct customer record, ordered lines, headed PDF. Without integration, the operator retypes plate, customer and parts from Quoting24 into the ERP — then the PDF reaches the customer through yet another hop.

Here there is one flow: you work the ticket, Quoting24 opens the draft in your ERP; when the quote is finalized, the PDF returns to chat and goes out on WhatsApp via official APIs. (If you only need price and stock on the ticket, see the ERP search product page.)

From ticket to ERP: Quoting24 fills the draft

The flow always starts from the ticket: Ticket → Vehicle → Parts search → OE code → Selected products. When you create a quote, Quoting24 calls a custom endpoint on your ERP — a well-known system or one built for your company.

It matches the customer (customer/company code, VAT number or phone), translates plate, codes and descriptions into the format your ERP expects and stores the ID of the quote just created, so you can recall it later. In short: the draft is born in your system, not on a side sheet.

  • Matching to the ERP customer record (code, VAT, phone)
  • Chat data adapted to your ERP’s format
  • Quote reference saved for later recall

Ticket → vehicle → search → OE code → selected products → draft in the ERP.

From ERP to customer: PDF in WhatsApp chat

When the quote is ready or confirmed, the ERP notifies Quoting24 with the PDF and a reference to the quote or ticket. In chat you can open the document in the ERP, preview it, download it or send it to the customer.

You can also trigger automatic sending on WhatsApp with no manual confirmation. With official Meta APIs you can attach an acceptance button: if the customer presses it, the quote returns to the ERP as accepted. The filename can include plate, VIN and quote number — easier to find after download or forward.

  • Open, preview, download or send from the ticket
  • Configurable auto-send on WhatsApp API
  • Acceptance button → status updated in the ERP

PDF ready: open in ERP, preview, download or WhatsApp send.

Concrete example: Qricambi quotes

With Qricambi the quote is created automatically: if the Quoting24 contact matches a Qricambi customer (customer-code cross-check), the draft is headed to them; otherwise the operator’s generic details are used. Plate/VIN, vehicle, ticket link and the working user are sent too.

Lines come from search selections, from an OE code marked “FROM SEARCH” when you did not pick a specific part, or from a generic description when technical data is missing. Once done, “Send to Quoting24” delivers the PDF in chat and marks the quote completed — the same pattern you use with any other connected ERP.

  • Customer recognition by customer code
  • Lines from selection, OE “FROM SEARCH” or description
  • One click: PDF in chat and quote completed

Same pattern: draft on Qricambi, then “Send to Quoting24” with PDF in chat.
