Quoting24 turns WhatsApp conversations into structured tickets. Every quote request is a distinct ticket: assignable, filterable, pausable, closable and recoverable from history, so the team works on the same business number without losing the thread.
Three-area main screen
After login, Quoting24 shows a main screen split into three areas that work together: ticket list on the left, conversation in the center, vehicle and parts search on the right.
Unlike traditional WhatsApp, where chats are continuous streams, in Quoting24 every quote request is a separate ticket. When you finish working on a quote, closing the ticket is recommended.
Ticket statuses and filters
A ticket can be open (to handle or in progress), unread (to pick up again, with assignees removed), paused (waiting for the customer) or closed (completed).
If the customer writes again on a paused ticket, it automatically reopens, stays assigned to the original operator and by default also shows previous messages. If they write again on a closed ticket, a new request opens.
Filters let you see unassigned, assigned to me, assigned to others, unread, paused or closed. An assigned ticket shows the operator’s initials in the preview.
- Conversation preview on hover
- Search across conversations, messages and parts
- Contacts findable by name or company code
- Quick open of a new request with the + button
Chat, attachments and continuity
In chat you can send and receive messages, attach photos, videos and PDFs (including drag & drop), use saved replies and leave internal notes visible only to colleagues.
Quoting24 automatically identifies plate, VIN and parts references from the conversation and shows them in the technical search area. Voice notes and images (for example a plate photo) can be transcribed automatically.
When multiple tickets are linked to the same chat you can merge a request into a previous one to recover worked context, or unlink it. A banner highlights unread customer messages.
Request list and report
From the request list you open ticket history: by default you see open ones, with filters for paused, unread, closed and search by contact, company, content, status, plate or VIN.
A daily report is available with KPIs (tickets received and closed, average times, active operators), per-operator performance, weekly trend and activity heatmap to monitor the service.
