What is Quoting24 for?
Quoting24 organizes and speeds up the work generated by auto parts quote requests received via WhatsApp from mechanics, workshops, repairers and customers.
Who can use Quoting24?
It is designed for parts sellers, auto parts stores, dealer service departments, dismantlers, distributors and aftermarket companies receiving requests from mechanics, workshops and customers.
How many phone numbers and users can I use?
There is no fixed limit. Each company user can access one or more connected numbers depending on the chosen configuration.
Can I use Quoting24 without a Qricambi account?
Yes. Some services are shared with Qricambi and some advanced features require an active Qricambi subscription.
Can I try Quoting24 before buying?
Yes, a free trial is available. Existing Qricambi users can contact us at 0455117541, otherwise they can register directly.
How much does Quoting24 cost?
Pricing depends on connected phone numbers and active users. See the Pricing page for details.
🔐 Access and profile
How do I access Quoting24?
Go to beta.quoting24.com/auth/login and use your Qricambi account credentials.
Can I customize my profile?
Yes. You can change avatar, nickname and automatic message signature.
Will customers see the operator profile?
No. Except for the optional signature, customers do not see the operator profile and receive messages from the business number.
💬 Messages and tickets
Is chat management different from WhatsApp?
Yes. Quoting24 organizes conversations into assignable, workable and closable tickets, so parts requests remain traceable.
Does a closed ticket disappear?
No. It remains saved and can be recovered from the conversation, search or filters.
Can I attach files in chat?
Yes. Images, PDFs, videos and other files can be attached directly in chat.
Can I forward or reply to a message?
Yes. Reply, reaction, forward and delete actions help manage operational conversations.
Can I create internal notes?
Yes. Internal notes are visible only to colleagues.
Does Quoting24 support WhatsApp groups?
At the moment, groups are not supported by the official WhatsApp API compatibility.
How reliable are OCR, voice transcription and plate recognition?
They are useful tools, but plates, VINs and part codes extracted by AI should always be checked.
🔔 Notifications and collaboration
Will I receive notifications for new messages?
Yes. You can customize notifications for your own requests, new requests or all messages.
Can a colleague tag me in a conversation?
Yes. A colleague can tag you with @nickname to request a technical, sales or administrative check.
How do notifications work with multiple phone numbers?
To receive notifications from multiple numbers, keep each number open in a separate browser tab.
🔎 Parts search
How does parts search work?
Quoting24 recognizes plate, VIN and requested part descriptions. It can convert plate to VIN and suggest relevant diagrams.
What if the customer sends a part code?
The platform can recognize OE codes, aftermarket codes and item references in messages.
What if the VIN is not available?
With Q Assistant you can speed up access to selected external databases, while the operator still verifies the information.
What can I do once I find the part code?
You can copy it or search it directly on configured suppliers, including Qricambi.
🧑💼 Users and permissions
Can the same user work on two workstations at once?
No. A user can log in from different workstations but should not work simultaneously on two stations.
Can I use the same user on Quoting24 and Qricambi?
Yes. The same user can work on both platforms.
Can I customize user permissions?
Yes. Users can be members or administrators.
Can I change a user role?
Yes. Administrators can promote or downgrade users from the Users section.
🤖 Automation
Are searches automatic?
Some functions can be automatic or manual: plate-to-VIN conversion, diagram loading, parts search and supplier searches. Usage may consume Qricambi credits.
💳 Credits and costs
How much do plate and VIN searches cost?
They consume credits shared with Qricambi and follow Qricambi credit conditions.
Where can I see the credit balance?
The balance is visible at the top left of Quoting24. Clicking it opens the purchasable packages.

Yes. Quoting24 customer support is free and helps with configuration, platform use and operational reports.
