Quoting24 talks to your ERP: it sends a draft quote from ticket, vehicle and selected codes, then receives the finalized PDF and sends it to the customer in WhatsApp chat. Compatible with known ERPs or custom-built ones.
The flow always starts from the ticket: Ticket → Vehicle → Parts search → OE code → Selected products. When you create a quote, Quoting24 calls a custom endpoint on your ERP.
The system tries to match the customer, adapts data to the ERP’s expected format and stores references of the created quote for later recall. In short: Quoting24 fills the draft quote directly in your system.
When the quote is ready, the ERP notifies Quoting24 with PDF and a quote or ticket reference. In chat you can open the quote in the ERP, view it, download the PDF or send it to the customer.
You can configure automatic PDF sending on WhatsApp without manual confirmation. With official APIs you can also attach an acceptance button: if pressed, the quote returns to the ERP as accepted.
The PDF filename can include plate, VIN and quote number for instant recognition.
With Qricambi the quote can be created automatically by recognizing the customer and sending plate/VIN, vehicle, ticket link and operator user.
Lines can come from Qricambi selections, from an OE code “FROM SEARCH”, or from a generic description if technical data is missing. Once the quote is completed on Qricambi, “Send to Quoting24” delivers the PDF in chat and marks it completed.
