Delivery shifts

The workshop asks “when do you pass by?”. In Quoting24 you define warehouse shifts, link them to customer companies, and the next cutoff shows on the ticket — without spreadsheets and without chasing chat.

  • Shift list and quick create with “+ Add”
  • Assign to one or more customer companies
  • Bulk assignment with filters (city, notes, admin notes)
  • Next cutoff visible in the ticket header
  • Scoped per WhatsApp number linked via Meta APIs

Try it: search a shift, select it and see how it appears on the ticket.

Delivery and quote on the same request

In a parts warehouse the right part is not enough: you need to know when you deliver it. If shifts live only in Excel or in someone’s head, every ticket becomes a “I’ll let you know” and time is lost.

Delivery shifts are Quoting24 master data linked to companies: create them once, assign them to sites, and the next useful pass shows on the ticket — aligned with contacts and companies for the same WhatsApp number.

Create and manage warehouse shifts

From the dedicated menu item you see existing shifts and add new ones with “+ Add”. Each shift is a delivery window or mode to workshops and regular customers: name, time, days of the week.

Data stays scoped to the phone account: each WhatsApp number linked to Quoting24 via Meta APIs has its own shifts, just like contacts and companies. Multiple lines = separate directories.

  • Always-updated shift list in the menu
  • Quick create with “+ Add”
  • Time windows and weekdays

Name, time and weekdays — just like in Quoting24.

Assign shifts to companies (also in bulk)

After creating a shift you link it to one or more companies. You can do it from several places in the app (including company management), but the recommended path is bulk assignment from the shift edit screen.

There you filter companies, select several and save. Filters also use company record data — city, notes, admin notes — so you quickly link every workshop in an area or with similar needs. On Excel company import, notes help exactly this association.

  • Assign to one or more companies
  • Bulk from the shift edit screen
  • Filters on city, notes and admin notes

Filter, select multiple locations and link the shift in one go.

On the ticket: the next cutoff at a glance

When you work a request, the company’s delivery context is immediately available in the header: the oval with the first useful cutoff (e.g. “Tomorrow 08:00”) cuts “when do you pass by?” messages and keeps quote and logistics aligned.

You update shifts and links once: the team sees them on every ticket linked to that company, on the same WhatsApp number.

  • Next cutoff highlighted on the ticket
  • Fewer logistics chats, clearer operations
  • Aligned with company and contact records

“Today 08:00” chip and day table: the next shift is highlighted.
