ERP search

You found the right code in the chat. Now you need to know what it costs that customer and whether you have it in stock. With ERP search, Quoting24 queries your management system from the ticket and returns net price, availability and alternatives — without opening another app and without retyping anything.

  • Search OE or AM codes on your ERP without leaving the ticket
  • Net price and availability for the specific chat customer
  • Description, brand, warehouse and promotions at a glance
  • Customer matched via customer code, VAT, company, site or discount category
  • Exact search or alternatives/cross when the ERP supports them

Try it: search a code and see Warehouse with customer net price, stock and alternatives — all on the ticket.

A generic price list ≠ that customer’s terms

In a parts warehouse the right price is not the generic list price: it is the price for the workshop or private customer you are talking to right now — with their discounts, their terms and real stock.

Without integration, the operator leaves Quoting24, opens the ERP, looks up the code, checks the customer, goes back to chat and retypes. With ERP search that hop disappears: the code goes into search and the ERP answers on the ticket.

Net price and stock for who is writing to you

As soon as you have a code — OE or aftermarket — Quoting24 searches it on your ERP and asks for that customer’s terms: net price (excl. VAT), available quantity and warehouse or location.

You also get the details you need to quote: description, manufacturer/brand, active promotions and other product attributes. Close the quote with the right numbers, not an approximation.

  • Customer net price, not a generic list
  • Numeric availability and warehouse reference
  • Promotions and product metadata on the ticket

Same OE/AM code: commercial terms for the ticket customer.

The ERP knows who you are talking about

To return the right terms, Quoting24 links the search to the ticket customer. One of these references is enough — as already stored in the ERP: customer code, site ID, company ID, VAT number, or a discount category (useful for unregistered customers or to change commercial rules on the fly).

Prefer OE/AM codes: if the ERP supports alternatives and cross-references, Quoting24 can show them in the results; if it does not, that must be stated during integration. Optional but useful: track which operator generated the quote and narrow by brand when you need precision.

  • Customer matching: customer code, site, company, VAT or discount category
  • OE/AM code, with alternatives/cross when available
  • Operator tracking for audit and coaching

The ticket customer is passed to the ERP with at least one identifier.

Results ready to pick and quote

The ERP replies with a product list: internal order code, manufacturer, net price for the customer, availability and warehouse. Optionally: description, maker code (when it differs from the ERP code), list price, promotions, images, product-page links and quantity breaks.

Quoting24 shows them in the ticket work column, next to the vehicle and parts already recognized from the chat. Compare options, pick and quote without leaving the request — and without quoting the wrong customer. (To send the draft quote to the ERP and get the PDF back in chat, see the ERP product area.)

  • Supplier code, brand, net price and stock
  • Alternatives and cross when the ERP returns them
  • All in the ticket flow: chat on the left, results on the right

Product list with net, list price, stock and alternatives — ready on the ticket.
