Quoting24 is not a full ERP: it manages inbox, tickets and quotes and connects to management systems where the integration is available (some live, more coming). Plate, OE codes, customer and selected parts move from ticket to ERP draft without retyping everything by hand.
The conversation stays in Quoting24; the formal quote stays in the ERP you already use for stock and invoicing.
When the ERP closes the quote, the PDF returns in chat: preview, download or WhatsApp send — also automatic if configured.
Where available, you can also query personalised prices and availability without leaving the ticket.
From the ticket: vehicle, parts search, OE codes and selected products stay in the request context.
You create the quote: Quoting24 calls your ERP endpoint, matches the customer and maps plate, codes and descriptions.
You finish prices, availability and commercial rules in the system you already know.
The ERP notifies Quoting24: open, download or send the PDF on WhatsApp, with optional acceptance via Meta APIs.
